· Develop hands-on skills and learn on-the-job about:

                    * Residential Real Estate Development

                    * Residential Property Management

                    * Real Estate Investment

                    * Residential Rehabbing and Remodeling                                  

· All projects local to Owings Mills/Reisterstown/Randallstown

 

Specifics

· Must provide resume and references

· Need own transportation

· May have the ability to do this for more than one year

· Unpaid internship, but unique learning experience
